Wild horses in America

Not being able to travel back to Spain, she started her quest for adventure and action, now she travels to Wyoming and beyond, in quest of, “wild horses”. Within the next two years the goal is to have photographed all 14 states where wild horses still roam in America.   This year she has 6 states completed in her “Wild Horses in America” series.

Featured in the WildLife Art Magazine; she expresses how she is drawn by the spirit of horses and the way the herds take care of each other.  For this and other concerns, getting  into photographing wild horses around the country. I want to document wild horses as their future is in question.  Due to droughts, development and ranchers who don't want to share federal or state grasslands, wild horses are routinely poisoned, trapped or rounded up by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to be sold at public auctions.

Also recently accepted in Black Hawk Art Gallery, Saratoga Springs, WY. The pieces are limited edition and are such a delight to see large and up close!
